To help you stay connected with your child’s transportation, we ask that all families download the iRider Tracker App before your child’s first day of service.

The iRider Tracker, powered by Spoke Package Tracker, allows you to monitor your child’s assigned vehicle in real time and receive important transportation notifications throughout the school year.

After downloading:

•Sign in using the same email address you used to enroll with iCommute Kids.

•Follow any setup instructions provided by the iCommute Kids Operations Team.

•Enable push notifications to receive real-time route updates and alerts.

•You don’t have to do anything else. The alerts will automatically come to your phone or email.

The iRider Tracker provides:

•Real-time vehicle tracking

•Arrival and departure notifications

•Transportation status updates

•A safer, more transparent transportation experience
