This is an important reminder that you have 4 hours from the time your child is approved to complete the entire iRider enrollment process.

To secure your child’s seat, all required enrollment steps must be completed within this 4-hour window. If enrollment is not fully completed by the deadline, your child’s approval will be forfeited, and they will be placed back on the iRider Waitlist until their name is selected again for approval.

Due to the high demand for our transportation services and the extensive number of families on our waitlist, we are unable to grant extensions or hold seats beyond the 4-hour enrollment period. This policy allows us to maintain a fair, transparent, and efficient enrollment process for all families awaiting placement.

We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and encourage each of you to complete your enrollment as soon as you receive the approval email or phone call to avoid losing your child’s approved seat.
